Your stories stay yours

We built Quill Crew A.I for authors who want a supportive AI team without giving up ownership or privacy. This page explains what we store, how we use it, and your choices during the private beta.

Information you provide

Account basics: name or pen name, email, encrypted password.
Creative content: story ideas, chats, outlines, manuscripts, and exports you generate in the app.
Usage context: timestamps, word counts, and agent actions that help your team stay coordinated.

How we use your data

To run the agentic workflow, populate your dashboard, and keep state between sessions.
To calculate word usage, trial periods, and subscription status.
To improve the beta experience through anonymized product metrics (for example, feature adoption or completion rates).

We do not sell your data. We do not allow third parties to present advertising based on your projects.

AI providers & processing

We send the minimum necessary context to our AI infrastructure to deliver each agent's experience. Providers include OpenRouter and model vendors such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.

Requests are transmitted over encrypted connections.
We do not allow providers to train on or reuse your prompts when an opt-out is available.
You can delete conversations or projects at any time; removal propagates to our databases.

Your choices

Download your manuscript and project exports before closing your account.
Request data removal or a copy of your data by emailing hello@vph.app.
Opt out of beta communications using the link inside each email.

Updates

This page will evolve as we graduate from private beta, add payment integrations, or introduce new features. We will highlight material changes inside the app and via email.
